Jim Heller

Jim Heller has extensive work experience in the operations and logistics industry. Jim is currently the Senior Vice President of US Distribution at Optimas Solutions, where they lead the manufacturing and distribution of fasteners. Prior to this, Jim served as the Senior Vice President of Operations in the Central Region at UNFI, the leading national distributor of natural and organic foods. Jim also held leadership positions at CJ Logistics America, where they were responsible for overall operations in multiple distribution facilities. Jim has previous experience at Target, where they led operations and production planning. Additionally, they have served as a Captain in the US Army Reserves, with a final assignment in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Jim has a strong background in managing large-scale facilities and teams, and has demonstrated expertise in optimizing operations and achieving business objectives.

Jim Heller attended Penn State University from 1993 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
