Michael L. has extensive work experience in various IT roles. Michael began their career as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy from 2003 to 2008. Afterward, they worked as a Desktop Support technician at Popular Bank North America, troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and networking. At Jones Lang LaSalle, they served as a System Analyst for the IT project management department, handling problem-solving and making recommendations. Michael then joined Hyatt as a Desktop Support specialist. At Sargent & Lundy, they worked as a CSD. Michael L. also worked at InfoGroup/Yesmail, where they served as a LAN Administrator/Information Security Engineer, managing day-to-day security operations and providing compliance assistance. Currently, they are employed at Optimas Solutions as a Security Engineer and Program Lead, where they integrated email smart hosting solutions and helped migrate email systems.
