Heath Muirhead

Heath Muirhead is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with a career spanning over 18 years in various prominent organizations. Currently at Optimatics since October 2023, Heath previously held similar senior engineering roles at Silentium Defence and NAB. As a Software Engineering Team Lead at Saab Australia from April 2021 to March 2023, strategic leadership and technical expertise were demonstrated. Heath's foundational experience in software engineering began at BAE Systems Australia, where tenure lasted from April 2005 to July 2017. Heath holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering (Honors) in Computer Science from the University of South Australia, completed in 2005.
