Innes MacPhail is currently the Strategic Support Team Lead for Australia and North America at Optimatics, a role they have held since 2018. They began their career in architecture as an Assistant Architect at ArchiBlox from 2012 to 2013. With a strong engineering background, Innes served as a Graduate Engineer at WSP in Australia & New Zealand from 2018 to 2019 and has worked as an Ingeniør VA at Norconsult AS since 2019. Innes holds a Bachelor of Environments in Architecture from the University of Melbourne and a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Adelaide.
