Previously, Renee held the position of Human Resources Director at Pharos Systems International, contributing to company strategy while overseeing talent acquisition and guiding management on various people-related matters. Renee also served as Human Resources Manager at Syntec Optics and Pennant Ingredients, Inc., where roles involved the administration of HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with regulations. Renee holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Paul Smith's College.
