Ridge Bennett

Ridge Bennett is a Laser Grade Optics Process Engineer at Optimax Systems, Inc., since June 2022, with prior experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician. Ridge served as a Learning Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology from January to May 2022, where assistance was provided to students in a physics workshop setting. Previous roles include General Contractor Apprentice at Basement Builders of NY, where construction industry skills were developed, and Undergraduate Researcher at RIT, focusing on data analysis and student interviews in the Discipline Based Education Research cohort. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant and Substitute Cleaner in educational and maintenance roles, respectively. Ridge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Rochester Institute of Technology, earned in 2022.
