Jai P. (JP)

Jai (JP) P. began their work experience in 1995 as an IT consultant at Quantum Consulting, where they worked with State of Michigan, Ford Motor Co., Visteon, and General Motors. In 2003, they became a SAP Recruiter at Cyber World Solutions before moving on to become the Director at Multivision Inc. in 2004. Jai (JP) held this role until 2012. Jai then worked as a Contract Recruiter at KapTek from 2012 to 2013 and as a Recruiter at Netra Technologies, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. Jai (JP) became a Think Tank (SME) at HCM Chat Bot start up in 2016 and held this position until 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President at Optime-Tech LLC starting from October 2018.

Jai (JP) P. attended Manipal Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1991 and obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After a brief period, they enrolled in Wichita State University in 1995 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Information Technology in 1997.
