Henning Frank has a diverse work experience history. Henning started their career in 2014 as a Praktikant at Stryker, where they gained practical experience. In 2015, they worked as a Werkstudent at Daimler AG while studying. Starting in 2016, they joined KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG, where they held various roles such as Juniorproduktmanager Imaging and Werkstudent. Henning also completed an Abschlussarbeit with the company. In 2019, they moved to Geuder AG as a Produktmanager and later became the Deputy Head of Product Management, Head of Produktmanagement, and Director of Product Management. Currently, Henning is at optimed, where they hold the position of Head of Product Management & Marketing since 2023.

In 2015, Henning briefly studied at Seoul National University of Science and Technology, focusing on Automotive Engineering, though it is not indicated whether they obtained a degree from this institution.
