Carina Lummer is a seasoned professional in health management and applied health research, currently serving as Project Lead Health Management at OptiMedis AG since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Projektleiterin and Netzwerkmanagerin at inav - privates Institut für angewandte Versorgungsforschung GmbH from February 2020 to April 2023, and as a Werkstudentin and Praktikantin in the Government Affairs & Public Health and Policy sectors at AbbVie from April 2018 to June 2019. Carina's early experience includes an internship in Klinikentwicklung and Controlling at Schön Klinik in 2016. Academically, Carina holds a Master of Science in Gesundheitsökonomie from the University of Bayreuth and a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.

We develop regional, multi-professional health networks in which physicians, therapists and hospitals, as well as pharmacies, gyms, clubs, schools, businesses and local authorities are involved. These arebased on integrated healthcare contracts with health insurers.Using interventions based on good health science, an excellent network of doctors and therapists, and patient motivation, we improve the health condition of the population and create health benefit for the entire region. At the same time we drop health insurance expenses.
