Fredrik Gustafsson

Fredrik Gustafsson has extensive experience in leadership roles within the retail and building supply sectors. Since January 2018, Fredrik has served as Enhetschef at Optimera Svenska AB in Täby, following a significant tenure as Avdelningschef at Fredells Byggvaruhus from June 2002 to December 2017, where responsibilities included department management, customer satisfaction, budget oversight, sales coaching, performance reviews, and recruitment. Fredrik has also held various interim leadership positions in customer service and VVS departments earlier in the career. Education includes a range of leadership and management training from institutions such as Mercuri International and Accept, enhancing skills in coaching, team development, and situational leadership.
