Susann Lindsjo has extensive experience in administration and information management, currently serving as Informationsansvarig at Optimera Svenska AB since August 2004. In this role, Susann manages internal information processes, coordinates education, oversees service vehicle management, develops a service agreement database, acts as secretary for the management team and board, and holds personnel responsibility. Prior to this, Susann worked at Mercuri International as Chefssekreterare and utbildningskoordinator, providing sales support and leading projects to create a national material library. Susann's early career includes various administrative roles, including positions at Personalkompaniet, Norell Data AB, and Svenska Kabel-TV, along with a foundation in healthcare as a vårdbiträde. Susann holds a DIHM degree from IHM Business School, earned between 1990 and 1992.
