Vincent Koech

Vincent Koech has a diverse work experience. Vincent started their career as a Volunteer at Change Mind Change Future (CMCF), a youth-led non-governmental organization focused on education and poverty alleviation. Vincent then worked as an Attachee at The African Institute for Capacity Development (AICAD), where they contributed to poverty reduction through human capacity development. Vincent later joined Kantar TNS as a Quality Assurance staff, ensuring data verification and providing quality control indicators. Currently, they are associated with FieldPro (By Optimetriks) as an Operations Director, responsible for overseeing operations and managing the distribution networks for FMCG companies in Africa. Vincent has held various roles at FieldPro, including Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Lead, where they played a key role in digitizing distribution workflows and enabling scientific data-driven distribution in the informal trade sector.
