Medida Sravya has a solid background in market research and administrative roles, with experience spanning multiple companies. From March 2019 to August 2020, Medida served as a Market Research Analyst at MTAP Technologies, a leading IoT platform focused on employee transport solutions. Prior to that, from February 2018 to June 2019, Medida worked as an Executive Office Administrator at Plus Business Machines Ltd. Currently, since May 2019, Medida holds the position of Head of Alliances at OptimHire, a company known for significantly reducing hiring time with access to a large pool of pre-screened tech talent and an AI-powered recruiting platform. Medida completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Osmania University between 2013 and 2017.
