Marc Riquelme has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Marc currently holds the position of President at Signicast Investment Castings and CIREX Foundry, as well as President at OptiMIM. Prior to these roles, Marc served as COO and General Manager at Cera-Met. Marc also held executive positions at Hitchiner Manufacturing, including Executive Vice President US Operations and Vice President of US Operations and Sales & Marketing. Earlier in their career, they worked at Doncasters Group Limited as General Manager and at SAFE CRONITE as Managing Director. Marc also held positions at Alcoa and Howmet. Marc started their career as a Design Engineer at CICH.

Marc Riquelme has a Bachelor's degree in Foundry from Lycee Ferdinand Buissons Voiron France, which they earned from 1985 to 1987. Marc then pursued a Metallurgical Engineering degree (DEST) from the University of Nancy I France from 1987 to 1989. Following this, they completed a Vocational Training in Business Administration and Management at the Pechiney Training Center from 1992 to 1995. In 2001 and 2002, Marc received Advanced Training in Business Leading and implementation of Continuous Improvement from INSEAD. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Strategic Leadership from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2013.
