Steve LeBlanc has extensive experience in tooling and engineering management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Tooling Manager at OptiMIM since January 2018, and concurrently as Tooling Manager at Dynacast International since April 2016, Steve conceptualizes and coordinates new Metal Injection Mold builds utilizing SolidWorks CAD and plastics flow simulation, while developing cost-effective external mold sources. From December 2006 to March 2016, Steve held the role of Tooling Manager at Advance Tooling Concepts, overseeing the Tooling Department and managing financials alongside various direct reports. Steve's career began in 1982 at Proto Tel - Cad/Cam Applications, where roles evolved from Molding Operator and Set-up Technician to Mold Maker and subsequently to Tool Room Manager and Director of Tooling at Advanced Forming Technology, culminating in a robust foundation in tooling and project management.
