Aline Roy

Aline Roy began her career at Sopra-Stéria before joining Deloitte France in 2005. After 3 years in the Restructuring teams, she redirected her career in human resources. She successively managed campus relations and then onboarding by becoming an integration manager. In 2015, she was appointed Human Resources Director of the Risk Advisory activity. The following year she was entrusted with the direction of attractiveness and sourcing as well as the construction of the Open Talent offer. In 2019, Aline Roy joined the Optimind teams as Human Resources Director, member of Optimind's executive committee, management committee and strategic committee.
