Optimise interviews is the most comprehensive medical specialty interview preparation package designed by Medical Registrars from across the Country. By sharing our interview strategies, preparation techniques and personal experiences- we have designed all the support you’ll need from starting your application form to confirming your job offers.

Our package has been designed with the specific input of generations of the highest-ranking trainees from your specialty and culminates in an entirely SpR-led mock circuit to reflect your experience on the big day. But your preparation will start well before that with video libraries of example good and bad mock questions, clinical knowledge videos, interviews with high-ranking candidates and written vignettes to help you practice in whichever way you prefer. Our moderated specialty specific Whatsapp groups will support you to continue your practice in groups until your Interview.

All of our content is delivered online and so you can access it on-the-go and we’re growing our libraries everyday so please get in touch if you’d like to see something more!
