Optimise Minerals brings proven High-Pressure Slurry Ablation (HPSA) to mining operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia.

We're the appointed regional agent for DISA Technologies' HPSA — a chemical-free, mechanical liberation process that helps operators recover more valuable mineral from the circuits they already run. Our focus is brownfield optimisation: working with existing operations to lift recovery and grade, increase throughput on a fixed cost base, and lower the cost per tonne of product — without rebuilding the plant.

HPSA uses opposing high-velocity slurry jets to liberate minerals selectively, along their natural grain boundaries, at coarser grind sizes than conventional milling. It has been proven across more than 25 ore types — copper, gold, graphite, phosphate and more — with commercial installations in North America and independent verification by Eriez Manufacturing Co. and Midland Research Center.

We work alongside your team from the first conversation through testing, integration planning and commissioning — bringing a local point of contact and direct access to the technology's developers. Every engagement is anchored to a clear view of return on investment, proven on your own material before any commitment.

If you're looking to recover more from your ore, talk to us.
