Heba Mohamed is a Client/Affiliate Service Manager at Optimise since January 2023, responsible for exceptional customer service, onboarding clients in KSA and UAE, and managing client relationships to create impactful affiliate marketing strategies. Additionally, Heba held roles as Business Developer and Affiliate Manager at Adltix Inc., focusing on client engagement and compliance. From August 2017 to December 2020, Heba contributed as Customer Service Support Manager at Trainopia. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry & Physics from Cairo University, completed in June 2012, Heba exhibits a strong foundation in both customer service and affiliate program management.
