I help Professional Services and Advisory firms - accounting/tax, engineering, legal, and financial services - develop commercially effective leaders and build high-performing teams.

Most Partners/Senior Leaders in Professional Services organisations are promoted for technical excellence - not leadership or business development capability - but both of which they will need to do even more of in their senior role.

This creates critical gaps:
New Partners/Senior Leaders who struggle to generate new business/clients, managers who can't develop their teams, and mid-level talent who leave because they don't see clear career paths or are burned out.

Through tailored leadership development programmes, commercial capability training, and strategic talent advisory, I work with Senior Partners & Leaders to solve these challenges and drive sustainable growth.

What I Offer:
* Commercial Capability Development - helping Partners, Senior Leaders, Managers enhance business development skills in a way that feels natural and authentic to the professional services culture.
* Talent Advisory - strategic support for succession planning, retention strategies, and internal leader pipeline development.
* Manager Development Programmes - equipping first-time managers with the leadership skills to develop and retain their teams.
* Leader Effectiveness - building high-performing teams through leaders having coaching skills, strong communication & delegation skills.
* Executive Coaching - one-to-one coaching for Partners and Senior Leaders.

My approach is practical and results-driven:

Programmes are designed specifically for the professional services context, where client relationships, billable hours, and Partnership dynamics matter.
I understand the pressures of your world and deliver solutions that work within your constraints.

Based in Dublin, I serve Professional Services & Advisory firms throughout Ireland and the UK.
