Sandy Sechang

Sandy Sechang is currently a People Operations Manager at OP Labs and has been involved in various roles within people operations and social equity. They served as the People Operations Lead at Gitcoin from 2022 to 2023 and held the position of Senior Manager at the International Living Future Institute from 2020 to 2022. Sandy’s earlier experience includes roles focused on advocacy and training at the Coalition on Homelessness & Housing in Ohio and as a Social Equity Planning Intern at the Kirwin Institute of Race and Ethnicity. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning at The Ohio State University, where they maintain a 3.9 GPA.
