Ming "Xavier" Li has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative industry. Ming "Xavier" started their career as a Marketing Specialist at i-Zone Apple Premium Reseller in 2011, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Design Manager at Groupe FLO, leading in-house collateral designs and executing integrated advertising campaigns.
In 2016, Xavier took on multiple roles. Ming "Xavier" worked as an Art Director at Young and Hungry Creative from February to June, and then moved on to Integem Inc. as a Designer from April to September. Ming "Xavier" also worked at Baker Street, first as an Art Director from October to December, and then as a Digital Art Director from January to July the following year.
From 2017 to 2020, Xavier held the position of Art Director at Berlin Cameron, where they contributed to creative campaigns. In 2020, they joined Taylor as a Senior Art Director. In this role, they collaborated with various clients such as Samsung, Capital One, and Dr Teals, and contributed to a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
In 2021, Xavier became an Associate Creative Director at 1000heads, where they served until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Creative Director at Optimist Inc., starting in September 2022.
Additionally, throughout their career, Xavier has taken on freelance work as a Creative Consultant since 2017. Ming "Xavier" has provided art and creative directions for various clients, including Warner Music Group, Atlantic Records, and M&C Saatchi.
Ming "Xavier" Li's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at Beijing Union University. Ming "Xavier" completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising in 2012. After gaining their undergraduate education, Ming pursued further studies at the Academy of Art University from 2014 to 2016. During this time, they obtained a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree with a focus on Advertising Art Direction.
