Roy Dar

Roy Dar has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Roy most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Optimist Inc. since September 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Korn Ferry as the Vice President of North America Finance from December 2012 to September 2016. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at IRIS International, Inc. from February 2011 to December 2012. Roy also worked at EMAK Worldwide, Inc. as the SVP, Chief Accounting and Information Officer, where they led the IT and accounting departments and managed various financial functions. Additionally, they worked at Equity Marketing, Inc. as the Controller and Director of Finance from 1998 to 2007. Roy began their career at Arthur Andersen as an Audit Experienced Senior, where they gained experience in auditing and providing accounting support to clients across various industries.

Roy Dar attended UCLA from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Economics.
