Bhavyashree B has worked in various roles since 2009. Bhavyashree began their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Himlite Products (India) in 2009. In 2011, they moved to Jognics as an Assistant Engineer. In 2012, they joined ThraiKing Industrial Controls - India as a Process Engineer. In 2014, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at ISRO - Indian Space Research Organization. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Enzen Global Solutions in roles of Senior Consultant and Consultant. Bhavyashree is currently working as Manager - Digitalization at OPTIMITIVE Group since 2019.

Bhavyashree B has a strong educational background. Bhavyashree obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology in 2009. In 2014, Bhavyashree earned their Master of Business Administration degree in Operations Management from The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Sikkim. Additionally, Bhavyashree has obtained certifications from Coursera in Introduction to Data Analytics, Cyber Security in Manufacturing, and Budgeting and Scheduling Projects. Bhavyashree is also currently pursuing an Agile Project Management certification from Coursera | Google.
