Khaled Najjar is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in implementation and product support. Currently serving as Implementation Team Leader at OPTIMIZA since May 2016, Khaled has effectively communicated with customers to address and resolve issues while managing database creation and maintenance for departmental needs.
