Dr. Scott Howell is a Clinical Research Director and Professor at Optimize U Health Sciences, specializing in androgen metabolism and harm reduction related to performance-enhancing drugs. Currently serving as the academic director and lead faculty of the graduate health and human performance program at Salem University, Dr. Howell is also an adjunct faculty member at Colorado State University Global. They are a former research director and have a vast background in epidemiology, curriculum development, and statistical analysis. A recipient of the American Military University Scholar of the Year Award, Dr. Howell has authored and edited numerous textbooks and provides dissertation consulting with a perfect success rate. In their free time, Dr. Howell enjoys resistance training, hiking, and exploring new cuisines with their spouse, Belinda Harford-Howell.
