Ava Himelhoch

Ava Himelhoch is currently a junior at the University of Michigan, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Business. They serve as the Data Analytics Chair for SHRM UMICH and are an Incoming HR TAP Summer Analyst at Accenture. Ava has previously held positions such as a Legal Clerk and a Summer Intern at the Grand Blanc Department of Public Works. They are also actively involved in various leadership roles, including President of optiMize and a DEI Committee Member with Phi Gamma Nu. Ava's passion lies in human capital management and its relationship with human behavior and decision-making.
