OptimizeBD is a focused advisory practice helping US-focused B2B firms stabilize and structure their Business Development function for predictable pipeline contribution.

Most BD teams struggle not because of low activity — but because of instability.

Multiple ICP shifts.
Undefined qualification standards.
Uncontrolled experimentation.
Weak BD–Sales alignment.

OptimizeBD works on the structural levers that bring discipline and predictability to the BD function.

Core focus areas:

• ICP stabilization
• Qualification guardrails
• Meeting → Opportunity conversion integrity
• BD governance cadence
• BD–Sales alignment

Engagements are diagnostic-led and selectively structured.
