As a former Corporate Recruiter & Sr. HR Business Partner, I’m one of the few Executive Career Coaches who has worked on the “inside,” knowing exactly what decision-makers are looking for in their top-talented candidates… and exactly how broken the traditional job search process is.

I’ve worked with hundreds of clients to find their ideal roles at exciting companies, in less time. Most of my clients come from referrals because my results speak for themselves.

My mission is to ensure my clients aren’t just landing their next role, but rather, landing a role that is right for them, in a company in which they are aligned, making the money they deserve, and getting back to that fully engaged and fulfilled role where they’re making the impact they desire.

I care about my clients. You’re not just a transaction to me. Once we connect, I’m invested in you and your career. I celebrate your wins, I’m cheering you on through the lows, and I’m your biggest cheerleader throughout the entire process.

My clients are thriving in the following positions: CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CISO, CFO, SVP, PMO, VP, Sr. Director, and Director in 20+ industries.

“Kara was a tremendous asset as my career search. Her ability to encourage me while providing feedback in improvement is outstanding. I cannot count the number of times she helped me with messaging, responses, and overcoming objectives in the networking/interview process. She was readily available and always simplified what I often made complex. Because of my investment and partnership with her, I landed the career of my dreams! My partnership with her was well worth the investment!” – Client, 2021
