Dan has played a crucial role as a Program and Project Manager at Optimized IT Solutions since October 2008, overseeing multiple related projects to achieve strategic organizational objectives while building relationships with various stakeholders. Prior to this, Dan served at IBM and Kaiser Permanente from 2009 to April 2019, where responsibilities included managing client engagements and solution implementations. Dan's career at IBM, spanning from 1977 to 2008, involved various leadership roles, including the management of a multimillion-dollar IT services sales portfolio and serving as Director of Project Management, contributing to significant company growth and service development. Dan holds multiple degrees in Marketing, Management, Engineering/Management, and Industrial Electronics from Upper Iowa University, the University of Iowa, and The George Washington University, as well as an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering from Iowa Central College.
