Amul Madan is an Agile Delivery Lead, Release Train Engineer, and Agile Coach with extensive experience in transitioning organizations from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Release Train Engineer at Optimized Technical Solutions, Inc., Amul has a proven track record of coaching teams and managing projects across various sectors, including federal and corporate environments. With a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s in Business Information Technology from Virginia Commonwealth University, Amul continues to focus on professional growth and skill development in Agile practices and data management. Additionally, Amul has cultivated interests in data analytics, cybersecurity, and photography.
