Alexandra Smyth has over five years of experience in sales and renewals, currently serving as Team Lead for Renewals at Optimizely since June 2021, following roles as Senior Renewals Specialist and NA Renewals Sales Specialist within the same company. Prior to her tenure at Optimizely, Alexandra worked at PTC from December 2018 to June 2021 as a Kepware Renewal Sales & International Business Development Representative. Alexandra began her career at Enterprise Holdings as a Management Trainee from November 2017 to December 2018. Alexandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Maine, earned from 2012 to 2016.
