Arefeen Mansur

Arefeen Mansur is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in both managerial and hands-on roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Optimizely since December 2021, following the acquisition of NewsCred, Arefeen focuses on improving product adoption, reducing technical debt, and mentoring future tech leaders. Prior to this, Arefeen held various positions at NewsCred from November 2013 to December 2021, including Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer, where significant contributions included developing the publishing architecture and implementing microservices. Additionally, Arefeen worked as a Software Development Consultant at EduHive, leading the foundational development of Bangladesh's premier edtech platform. Arefeen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the American International University-Bangladesh.
