Aurna Adhikary

Aurna Adhikary is currently a Learning Designer at Optimizely, having joined the company in July 2023 to contribute to the Digital Learning Design and Development team. Prior to this role, Aurna served as a fellow at Teach For Bangladesh from April 2021 to July 2023, participating in both a rigorous training program and a mentorship program that deepened insights into educational challenges and strategies. Aurna's earlier experience includes a paid internship at Mercantile Bank Limited, where technical skills were applied in the banking sector. Academic credentials include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from BRAC University, an MBA in Human Resources Management from North South University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
