Chaniel Laidet is a seasoned professional in partner management and success, currently serving as Sr. Partner Success Manager for North America Agencies at Optimizely since November 2023. Previously, Chaniel held multiple roles at BigCommerce from February 2020 to April 2023, including Partner Manager for Global Marketing Technology, where a multi-million dollar portfolio of technology partners was successfully managed.
