Christopher Banner

Christopher Banner is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in leading software development and platform engineering organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Optimizely since January 2016, Christopher plays a key role in integrating engineering teams and fostering software excellence. Previously, Christopher held various positions at Episerver and Ektron, including Director of Engineering and Development Manager, where contributions included the creation of a cross-platform content syndication framework. Earlier career roles at SilverTech, TYBRIN Corporation, and Compuware Corp. involved significant software engineering and architectural responsibilities. Christopher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
