Hayley Skinsley

Hayley Skinsley is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience at Optimizely since July 2018, where roles have included Senior Director and Director of Global Talent Acquisition, as well as Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this capacity, Hayley has contributed to the organization's mission of enhancing digital commerce and marketing experiences. Prior to Optimizely, Hayley worked at 33Six Consultancy from June 2015 to July 2018 as a Client Relationship Manager for Corporate Accounts, overseeing client management and recruitment processes, and served as a Talent Management Executive. Hayley holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Anglia Ruskin University, earned between 2011 and 2014.
