Jay Gibson

Jay Gibson is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in data management and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for the Experimentation Data Platform at Optimizely, Jay has previously held positions such as Senior Manager of Data Management at TEMPOE and Technical Consultant at an independent consultancy. Additional roles include Director of Engineering, Software Development Manager, and Data Architect at EBSCO Publishing, as well as Adjunct Instructor at Brandeis University. Jay Gibson holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering from Boston University.
