Jon Helin

Jon Helin is an experienced professional in technical support and service management, currently serving as Director of Technical Support Services at Optimizely since August 2020. Prior to this role, Jon held various positions at Episerver, including Senior Manager for Global Application Support and Service Level Manager, where Jon established the company's first Service Level Management team. Jon's earlier career includes service management roles at Basefarm AB and key account management at inWarehouse, along with a brief stint in sales at Electrolux. Jon completed education at Bromma Gymnasium between 1991 and 1994.
