Joost de Stigter is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving sales development and growth across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Sales Development at Optimizely since August 2023, Joost previously held key leadership positions at Rubrik, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the international mid-market sales organization and scaling both the sales and sales development teams significantly. At Snowflake, Joost established a multimillion-dollar EMEA corporate sales function and expanded the sales development team. Earlier roles at ServiceNow and Exact involved overseeing sales operations and enhancing partner ecosystems, alongside foundational experiences in sales and entrepreneurship.
