Karen McDougall

Karen McDougall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication, training, and customer support. Currently serving as a Value & Adoption Advisor at Optimizely since March 2019, Karen supports Customer Success Managers and customers to enhance their engagement with Optimizely's products, particularly the CMS and Commerce Connect.
