Nadine Golchert is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Optimizely since October 2021, Nadine has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Manager and HR EMEA Regional Lead, interim. Prior to Optimizely, Nadine worked at Episerver from August 2017 to October 2021 as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager. Earlier in the career, Nadine held positions at optivo, an Episerver Company, as Talent Acquisition Manager and at zanox.de AG, starting as an Office Manager and progressing to Recruiting Specialist and Human Resources Assistant.
