Negeen Jury

Negeen Jury currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise at Optimizely, beginning in December 2023. Previously, Negeen held the position of Customer Success Team Lead at Ceros from October 2021 to November 2023, managing a portfolio of 30+ accounts and achieving an impressive retention rate of over 85%. Negeen's career also includes significant roles at Airspace as Senior Manager of Customer Success, where leadership of a 16-member team and cross-departmental collaboration were key focus areas, along with prior experiences in client services and business development at Voxtur, TTS Search, Avoya Travel, and Brand Innovators. Negeen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Professional Writing from UC Santa Barbara.
