Qian Zhang

Qian Zhang is currently a Senior Statistician at Optimizely, where they work on data science and experimentation. Previously, they served as a Research Fellow at MIND Education, where they analyzed student behaviors in educational games and published a paper on their findings. Qian also held positions as a Data Scientist and Senior Data Scientist at ETS, developing machine learning models and advanced analytics frameworks to drive product strategies. They earned both a PhD in Educational Psychology and a Master of Science in Statistics from The University of Georgia.
