Quan Mai

Quan Mai is a seasoned professional in customer implementation and software engineering, currently serving as the Director of Customer Implementation at Optimizely since January 2021, after holding the position of Senior Customer Implementation Director. Previously, Quan Mai spent nearly a decade at Episerver, initially as a Developer and progressing to Software Engineer and Senior Customer Implementation Director, where expertise in Episerver Commerce and customer advocacy was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes a Developer role at VDC Online, focusing on service development and CRM solutions. Quan Mai holds a Bachelor of Information Technology in Information Systems from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2010.
