Rob Driscoll

Rob Driscoll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer success. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Optimizely since April 2022, Rob previously held significant roles, including Global Director of Customer Success at Welcome and NewsCred. At Opal Labs, Rob was responsible for managing customer success and solutions in the EMEA region, enhancing brand marketing processes. Earlier experiences include roles at Percolate Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, and positions in social media management at ESI Media, Sulake, and Outside Line. Rob holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Plymouth, obtained in 2007.
