Saniyah Islam

Saniyah Islam, ACSM℠, CSM®, CSPO®, CSD®, is an accomplished Engineering Operation Manager currently serving at Optimizely since 2024, following a tenure as Senior Engineering Operation Manager at the same company from 2022 to 2023. With a strong background in Agile coaching from roles at NewsCred and Pathao, Saniyah has also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. Prior experience includes a significant role at Samsung R&D Institute Bangladesh as Project Lead, where responsibilities encompassed the commercialization of mobile operating systems and project management across multiple initiatives.
