Shaer Reaz

Shaer Reaz is currently the Manager of Customer Success at Optimizely and a Founding Member at Lettre, a handwriting-based messaging app. Previously, Shaer led the Business Development unit at Musemind, successfully implementing strategies that achieved significant revenue growth. With a background in digital journalism, Shaer served as Deputy Editor, Digital at The Daily Star, managing a team to innovate workflows during a digital transition. Shaer's product management experience includes roles at SELISE, where they developed successful e-signature and self-checkout solutions, alongside co-founding multiple food delivery ventures. Shaer graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Economics from the University of Dhaka.
