Tanzida Faruk

Tanzida Faruk is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Optimizely since June 2022, where leadership is provided for Dhaka's recruitment efforts and a team of three recruiters is mentored. Prior to this, Tanzida held the position of Human Resources Lead at Bevy Commerce, managing HR functions across APAC and the US. Experience also includes a role as PR & Communications Executive at BRAC-Aarong, where public relations strategies were developed and implemented. Earlier positions involved HR responsibilities at Suzuki Bangladesh and Venus IT Limited, focusing on recruitment and employee transitions. Tanzida holds a BSc in Business & Management from the University of London, along with A'Levels from the British Council and O'Levels from Willes Little Flower School & College.
