Van Anh Nguyen

Van Anh Nguyen is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director and APAC Head at Optimizely since January 2020, overseeing HR practices and policies across Vietnam, Bangladesh, Australia, and Singapore while contributing to the global strategy. Previously, Van Anh held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at ABB from November 2018 to December 2019, focusing on business excellence, performance management, compensation and benefits, and learning and development. Van Anh's career includes a role as HRBP at Microsoft from December 2011 to December 2017, managing HR functions for over 60 outsourcing personnel, and leading the Hanoi office of HR2B / Talent Recruitment JSC from February 2009 to February 2012. Van Anh holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the National Economics University, Vietnam.
